We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC / Taco Bell-Cataraqui. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
