About the Role

  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they leave satisfied.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that supplies are ordered as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics, providing insights to management on areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
