Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to contribute to our mission of enhancing patient well-being through comprehensive rehabilitation services.

Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $81,900.00 to $120,000.00
Role Summary:
The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services, focusing on pain and medication management. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide treatment for clients with complex musculoskeletal and mental health issues.
- Develop and execute tailored rehabilitation strategies based on clinical evaluation.
- Engage in case management and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Mentor and support Occupational Therapy students during their clinical placements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered member in good standing with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- Experience in treating adults with diverse rehabilitation needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and client management.
