Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate.
  • Registered on the Alberta HCA Directory.

  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
