As a Houseperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all guest areas, including rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for arrival, meeting the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless daily operations and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
