We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping everyday Canadians achieve their personal and financial goals by making home goods affordable through weekly and monthly payment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of our lease-to-own program and help them find the perfect product for their budget
- Work closely with customers to ensure a smooth and successful transaction, from application to delivery
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- A comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
