Job Title: Heating and Cooling Mechanic

Join Season Makers Heating & Cooling Ltd as a skilled Heating and Cooling Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in various settings. As a key member of our team, you will work on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial, ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and overhaul heating systems, including boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
  • Install refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units and chillers.
  • Install ventilation, air handling, and air conditioning systems, ensuring proper airflow and temperature control.
  • Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems to identify and repair issues.
  • Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Start up and test systems to ensure proper function and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, and calibrating systems.
  • Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • English language proficiency.

Education and Training:

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required. Additional education and training in the trade are an asset.
