Job Title: Heating and Cooling Mechanic

Season Makers Heating & Cooling Ltd is seeking a skilled Heating and Cooling Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and overhaul heating systems, including boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
  • Install refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Install ventilation, air handling, and air conditioning systems, including ductwork and fans.
  • Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems to identify and repair faults.
  • Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Perform maintenance tasks, including recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, and calibrating systems.
  • Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
Work Environment:

The work environment is noisy and outdoors, with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

Hours:
