Job Title: Tour Guide

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tour Guide to join our team at Kanoe People Ltd. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading sightseeing tours and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sightseeing tours and provide information to clients about the destination.
  • Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations.
  • Collect administration or entrance fees.
  • Resolve itinerary and other problems.
  • Sell souvenirs.
  • Receive payments from customers.
  • Provide clients with information.
  • Plan trips.
  • Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations.
  • Track and report on current feed inventory.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods.
  • Driver's abstract.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
