Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at SUE SUN. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including walking, transferring, and using assistive devices.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Personal Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes, apartments, and condominiums.
