Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

This position provides critical support to the Supply Chain Risk Management team. The role focuses on developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve Business Continuity Plans to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage multiple Risk Programs and projects simultaneously, driving them towards completion
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to design and develop new systems, processes, and procedures
  • Support Third-Party Vendor Risk Management, including Rapid Ratings, Supply Risk Solutions, and Ariba
  • Collect, analyze, and research industry trends to inform risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and measure Business Continuity Plan Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements
  • Provide operational and supply chain support as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Supply Chain a plus, but not required
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with Agile Product Lifecycle Management, Oracle R12, and/or Oracle reporting (OBIEE) a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and Web applications
