Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve technical issues related to desktop/laptop systems, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room technology.
- Diagnose and analyze problems, utilizing existing documentation and knowledge gained from previous experience.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to end-users on technical inquiries and software applications.
- Install and support software applications on desktops/laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktop/laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office meeting room equipment.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles to educate team members on new and existing known errors.
- Support C-Level executives and board members with technical issues.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for the Senior Leadership Team, providing support and incident management.
- Experience with Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and imaging systems.
- Knowledge of SCCM and Intune is a must.
- 2-3 years of technical support experience in a medium to large professional organization.
- Post-secondary or industry equivalent technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with JAMF and Crestron devices is an asset.
