Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tahini's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring we are operating within our financial parameters.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring we provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring we have adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tahini's, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel, and will need to be physically demanding to meet the demands of the role.
