About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at SPIKE ON SITE SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of work activities.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to meet the needs of our clients and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide guidance and support to our cleaning team to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
