We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Final Assembly Technician to join our team at Watson. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting our patented hardshell backpacks, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in every product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and inspect final products, ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Conduct visual inspections and document quality control results
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring adequate supplies
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble and connect components
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure smooth production processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in assembling consumer products
  • Conversational level basic English, written and spoken
  • Valid driver's license
