Position Overview at Volvo Group | Prevost Division:

The Logistics Associate at Prevost Division is integral to the management of factory source components, accessories, and materials, which encompasses receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Examine incoming shipments for any damages or missing items
  • Accurately receive, document, and organize incoming deliveries
  • Log parts into designated inventory locations
  • Retrieve items that are on back-order
  • Package components for distribution
  • Prepare shipping documentation
  • Conduct inspections of warehouse equipment
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
  • Assist in various operational areas as required
  • Fulfill tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
  • High School diploma or equivalent certification
  • Experience operating forklifts is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous
  • Capability to navigate throughout the warehouse and parts department
