Position Overview

As a Line Cook at East Side Mario's, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing and cooking a variety of meals and dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure food safety by preparing dishes for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist in their development.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
