About the Role

M. G. Godbout is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Chores: Make beds, change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Organization: Launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and maintain the organization of our living and working spaces.
  • Cooking: Prepare meals and snacks for our household members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, honesty.
