About the Role

The Mondelēz International team is seeking a highly skilled Counsel to provide legal support for global marketing and media initiatives. As a key member of the Corporate & Legal Affairs Department, you will work closely with the VP-Chief Counsel Global Marketing & Media to develop strategies and provide leadership on global agency agreements, brand initiatives, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and contract support to the VP-Chief Counsel Global Marketing & Media and global functions related to global and multi-regional marketing, media, marketing and media tech, data, Gen AI, and social media issues.
  • Develop and implement global frameworks and best practices for marketing and media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve disputes with commercial business partners related to marketing and media.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on global marketing and media law.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from an accredited school and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
  • 3+ years of experience in intellectual property, marketing, and media law.
  • Excellent management skills, business judgment, and ability to communicate effectively with non-legal audiences.
  • Strong research and writing skills, leadership skills, and ability to think and work strategically.
  • Impeccable professional and personal integrity.
