We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our IT Solutions Delivery team at Innergex. Key Responsibilities- Business Needs Analysis: Responsible for understanding the business needs of internal customers and transforming them into business solutions using technology and IT systems.
- Change Management: Lead the deployment and commissioning of functional changes provided by software suppliers, analyzing the impact of changes, ensuring testing and process changes.
- Systems Evolution: Responsible for systems evolution, evaluating, prioritizing and tracking change requests, managing the evolution cycles of solutions and systems.
- Project Leadership: Lead the systems evolution phases of analysis, design, documentation and implementation of computerization solutions and digitalization projects.
- Best Practices: Propose best business practices and identify value-added solutions for customers, ensuring the feasibility of solutions and leading their deployment with all stakeholders throughout the organization.
- User Support: Support users through changes and help them draw up training plans.
- Documentation: Maintain system documentation for security and access management in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Responsible for proposing, evaluating and maintaining computerized solutions and processes that will bring value to the company, ensuring best practices.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in IT development or in a similar position.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of integrated enterprise systems (Oracle ERP).
- Understanding the IT systems development cycle.
- Having experience working with Human Resources teams.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and sense of priorities.
- Results-oriented, good problem-solving skills and process simplification.
- Customer-focused attitude with experience in business analysis, making requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects (Oracle in particular) and/or project management - both traditional and agile approaches, an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, knowledge of Spanish, an asset.
