About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Agropur Cooperative. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and configuring the SAP QM module to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP QM processes, including inspection, audit, and notification processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP QM processes, including debugging and resolving issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, such as MM (Material Management), PP (Production Planning), and PM (Plant Maintenance), as well as 3rd party LIMS systems.
  • Advise on workflows, including job monitoring and regular daily monitoring.
  • Implement and support SAP QM processes, including inspection, audit, and notification processes.
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
  • Identify and propose service improvements and perform root cause analysis for performance enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP QM, with additional experience in SAP MM and SAP PP being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SAP debugging, workflow creation, and job monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of SAP QM standard processes and configurations, including inspection and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Relevant SAP certifications and knowledge of S4 Hana are a plus.
