Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at our MANGO Mapleview location. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Manage controllable expenses and optimize store operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fast fashion retail environment
  • Prior sales management experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports
  • Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel to other store locations and attend district meetings
