We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy breakfast service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move around the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 35-44 hour workweek. The work language is English.
