Are you driven by sales and looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a District Sales Manager for parts, accessories, and apparel at BRP. In this position, you will oversee a network of dealers to foster growth through effective wholesale sales strategies. Your impact on retail sales initiatives will guide dealers in implementing best practices to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy by product line to meet district sales objectives, engaging dealers in BRP initiatives and influencing their practices in parts, accessories, and apparel.
  • Develop tailored action plans for select key dealers to enhance unit sales by encouraging the adoption of BRP's essential best practices.
  • Meet quarterly certification targets for parts, accessories, and apparel to improve the retail experience for customers and streamline the purchasing process for the dealer network.
  • Provide training to dealers and their teams on product features and advantages to ensure success in retail sales.
  • Assist in corporate events and dealer-related activities concerning parts, accessories, and apparel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and executing projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate with diverse individuals and departments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience within the power sports sector.
  • Sales experience in a dealership environment.
  • Must reside in the province of Manitoba due to the management of dealers in the region. Frequent travel may be required.
