We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
- Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, making recommendations to clients as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
