About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of software developers, engineers, and technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure individuals are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality within the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in software development, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
