About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Excellence Lead to join our team at Houle. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all company projects and ensuring adherence to project management best practices.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to drive business growth and improve project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Conduct regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain project management policies and procedures
  • Provide training and coaching to project managers and team members
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management
