About the Role
Pilot Company is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and operating our point of sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide fast, friendly, and clean service to our guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Point of Sale Operations
- Operate point of sale systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Process transactions, handle cash, and make change as needed
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Communicate effectively with guests, management, and other team members
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
