Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JIM & DON INVESTMENTS LTD. as a key member of our retail operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, provide excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets by effectively managing sales floor operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, cashiers, and other store employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service and sales results.
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to support business decision-making.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management or supervisory role
- Work Setting: Retail business in a rural area
- Security and Safety: Bondable, basic security clearance, and a criminal record check
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
