We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at Luc Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of carpentry.
Key Responsibilities- Estimation and Planning: Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for various construction projects.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately interpret blueprints and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Layout and Measurement: Create precise layouts and measurements using a variety of tools to ensure accurate construction.
- Carpentry and Construction: Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials to construct foundations, floors, walls, and roofs.
- Installation and Maintenance: Install windows, doors, stairs, and hardware, and maintain and repair structures in various establishments.
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Physical Demands: Work at heights, in noisy environments, and in dusty conditions.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent position.
