Opportunity

You will be joining our consultant team to work with professionals and consultants to provide tactical advice to healthcare organizations regarding their strategic, operational, and facility planning needs.

Ultimately, you will be advancing leading-edge facility planning solutions and leading the development of capital planning submissions to the Ministry of Health (MOH).

Your Day-to-Day
  • Leading client projects, including managing the project workplan/schedule/budget, organizing the consultant team, serving as the lead client contact on the project, providing strategic advice, and ensuring deliverables align with Agnew Peckham's high-quality standards
  • Analyzing industry and hospital data, and developing findings and conclusions
  • Delivering or participating in presentations to stakeholders, healthcare organizations, MOH, and the broader healthcare industry
  • Building strong relationships
  • Attending RFP bidder sessions (in-person or virtual) and proposal presentations
  • Developing proposals and other marketing materials
  • Demonstrating professional judgment, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Working effectively within an interdisciplinary team, including internal and external consultants
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in a healthcare facility or in a consulting environment (clinical/frontline hospital experience strongly preferred)
  • Undergraduate/graduate level education (graduate strongly preferred)
  • Leadership abilities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
