Job Title: Marketing Specialist, Life InsuranceJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Foresters Financial. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to establish and validate incoming marketing requests, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute communications and marketing campaigns, leveraging email, video, web, text, and social channels.
  • Create campaign briefs, detailed objectives, project plans, and copy decks to drive campaign success.
  • Work closely with creative and development teams to ensure high-quality campaign assets and tactics.
  • Lead legal, compliance, and stakeholder approvals to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and identify trends for continuous improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of life insurance products, processes, and distributors.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as required.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on email campaigns.
  • Experience within the life insurance industry in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of communications/marketing tactics, including audience segmentation, email, and text marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Customer service acumen.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
