Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Foresters Financial. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to design and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute communications and marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, video, web, and social media.
  • Write campaign briefs, detailed campaign objectives, project plans, and copy decks.
  • Brief creative and development teams and perform Quality Assurance reviews of all campaign assets and tactics.
  • Lead legal, compliance, and stakeholders approvals.
  • Report and analyze campaign metrics and identify trends for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of life insurance products, processes, and distributors.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as required.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on email campaigns.
  • Experience within the life insurance industry in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of communications/marketing tactics, including audience segmentation, email, and text marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong customer service acumen.
  • Strong time management skills: capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
