Job Overview:

Location: Sydney, NS
Salary: $15.20 per hour / 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (Day, Evening, Weekend)

Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include:

  • Developing strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimating and ordering necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Recruiting food service personnel.
  • Ensuring adherence to food service standards and quality control measures.
  • Preparing budgets and cost estimates for food service operations.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Preparing and submitting relevant reports.
  • Overseeing the assembly of food trays.
  • Creating and managing work schedules for staff.
