Job Summary

As a Service Support Officer for Wealth Management Intern/Co-op, you will play a vital role in supporting the Private Banking team in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless execution of daily transactions and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by consistently applying service basics during all client interactions.
  • Provide consistently excellent client service and support.
  • Demonstrate confidence and knowledge by ensuring transactions are thorough and accurate.
  • Provide support to the PB Team with client concerns and complaints.
  • Adhere to cash, custody, and security procedures and Bank policies at all times.
  • Accurately process daily transactions and service requests from Salesforce originated by the Private Banking Team and Clients.
  • Escalate fraudulent activities, unusual occurrences, issues/deficiencies/trends to your direct supervisor and/or Team Lead and/or AML and/or Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and/or Chief Compliance Officers and/or applicable Shared Services Department as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with Commercial business customers.
  • Enrolled in an MBA or undergrad degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Prior experience in providing customer needs-based advice and solutions.
  • Natural curiosity and passion for satisfying customer needs.
  • Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
