Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at PRASO Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives.
  • Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and delegate authority as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, judgement, organized, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 35 hours per week
