Soucy Maintenance Planner Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Maintenance Planner at Soucy, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of the maintenance team. This includes:

* Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks using the maintenance management software (CMMS)
* Purchasing parts and managing maintenance inventory
* Training new users on the CMMS system

**Key Performance Indicators:**

* Plan and schedule maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of maintenance tasks
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement process improvements

**Requirements:**

* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
