Job SummaryWe are seeking a Store Team Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a Store Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail sales associates and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail sales associates and provide guidance and support as needed
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience
- Monitor sales and inventory levels and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve sales and customer service goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
