Thermal Insulation Specialist

Are you an experienced Thermal Insulation Specialist looking for a dynamic opportunity to demonstrate your skills? FLINT Corp. is on the lookout for talented professionals to become part of our team.
Join us in a fulfilling 7-in-7 out rotation in a fly-in fly-out role and play a vital role in our insulation initiatives. As a Thermal Insulation Specialist at FLINT Corp., you will lead our insulation projects, leveraging your expertise while gaining significant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ascertain insulation needs and determine the appropriate insulation materials. Measure and cut insulation materials to specified dimensions utilizing both hand and power tools. Apply and secure insulation through various methods including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping. Fit insulation around obstacles and within structural elements such as studs and joists. Install vapor barriers effectively. Fabricate metal sheets and apply insulation materials to complete surfaces.Are You the Right Fit?
Possess a valid Journeyperson ticket or equivalent proof of experience. Hold current safety certifications including H2S Alive & Common Safety Orientation (CSO). Exhibit excellent manual dexterity, capable of performing detailed and precise tasks. Have a natural aptitude for understanding mechanical systems and proficiently operating and maintaining machinery. Ability to comprehend and follow complex instructions. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all work. Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Physically fit to perform all required duties, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, and twisting.Benefits of Joining Us
