Job Title: Executive Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As an Executive Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and prepare reports, submissions, and memoranda
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and arrangements
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis
  • Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, and other organizations
  • Administer budgets and propose improvements to methods and procedures
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
  • Prepare and coordinate special events and promotions
  • Negotiate business contracts
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in business administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and adaptability
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
