Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at 15249082 Canada Inc.. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain effective office procedures and routines.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation: Type, proofread, and manage correspondence and other documents.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients and assist with ongoing support post-sale.
  • Bookkeeping: Handle basic bookkeeping responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
