What We're Looking For

- We prefer candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with Office 365 and PowerBI.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily building operations tasks, including maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and operate all steam, hot water heating, and pressure equipment, ensuring compliance with ABSA regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot all HVAC equipment using BMCS.
- Maintain the water treatment program, ensuring proper testing and treatment of all systems and loops.
- Work with preventative maintenance programs, including FMS and Ameresco.
- Conduct regular building equipment checks and inspections, identifying abnormalities or inefficiencies.
- Respond to tenant service requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Ensure site logbooks and administrative records are maintained and up to date.
- Provide operational support for Edon's in-house security and caretaking services.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with other team members.
