Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
The Specialist is responsible for:
1. **Credit Structuring and Underwriting:** Providing comprehensive credit structuring and underwriting services for a diverse portfolio of clients with average loan volumes under $2MM.
2. **Risk Management:** Collaborating with sales teams to implement effective risk management strategies while balancing risk and reward in alignment with CWB's risk appetite.
3. **Client Interaction:** Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing inquiries related to daily operations and account management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in banking or business lending, particularly in commercial credit underwriting.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis and a solid understanding of Moody's Financial Analyst.
