Renovation Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Project Manager to join our team at Joyride Tire & Renovation Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily operations, evaluating work site environments, and planning and organizing renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate work site environments to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures
  • Plan and organize renovation projects, including selecting and employing trade subcontractors and coordinating their activities
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
  • Manage budgets and perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and train them to meet the needs of the project
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects, and work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications
  • Ensure that construction permits are obtained and develop and implement health and safety plans

The successful candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. They will also be organized, reliable, and have efficient interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and reliable with efficient interpersonal skills
