Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SUBWAY Restaurant. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Food Preparation: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our food preparation team to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Availability: Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week is required.
