About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Hoja Mongolian Grill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, scour pots and pans, package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
