Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to teach our Financial Accounting II course. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver lectures and tutorials to students in the Financial Accounting II course
  • Prepare and grade assignments and exams
  • Provide feedback to students on their performance
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Professional accounting designation (Canadian CPA) and/or an MBA or Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience teaching at the post-secondary level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in Accounting or a related field
  • Specialist qualifications in an Accounting program
  • Experience with learning management systems
