We are seeking a highly qualified instructor to teach a course on creating new ventures at the University of Toronto.
Course Details:
- Course Title: ENT392H1F – Creating New Ventures
- Course Description: This experiential learning course allows students to explore the inner workings of their new ventures.
- Estimated Course Enrolment: 30 Students
- Estimated TA Support: n/a
- Class Schedule: In-person, Tuesdays 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, plus weekly office hours
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and develop a syllabus and marking scheme
- Set and invigilate term tests and final assessment
- Mark and report final grades
- Be available in office hours for academic counselling of students
Requirements:
- Masters or MBA (or equivalent level of business knowledge)
- Background in teaching and applying Lean LaunchPad methodology
- Previous experience teaching an equivalent course to students from a variety of academic disciplines at the University level
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD preferred
- Successful completion of the Lean LaunchPad Educators Course is an asset
