About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sushi Field Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
