Academic Program Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Academic Program Development and Review to join our Office of the Vice President, Academic and Research team at Saint Mary's University.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership in supporting the development and quality assurance of academic programs.
- Manage the annual cycle of program reviews and provide expertise to academic departments and programs in areas of curriculum development and renewal.
- Support the university's strategic enrolment plan and strategic priorities in a learning-centred environment.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, with Educational Development preferred.
- Minimum 7-9 years of related experience, with several years in a university setting.
- Strong background in university-level teaching and learning, curriculum development, and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
